What to write to us about
- A check or an invoice view that looks wrong. Please include the page address, the rule ID from the report and the browser you used. Do not send real invoices: if you can, send a copy with made-up names and amounts that shows the same problem.
- A format or country you would like to see (for example FatturaPA, Peppol BIS or Swiss QR-bills).
- A licence or attribution question about anything on the credits page.
- A privacy request (see the privacy policy).
The form sends your name (if you give one), your email address and your message by email to support@einvoiceprivate.com; our servers do not keep a copy. We read every message but cannot promise a reply to each one. The legal notice is in the imprint.
